Cancellations
Our Flexible Salon Policy
As a courtesy, If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you'd be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.


Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this will be regarded as a missed appointment as this infringes on the next clients' time. Your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
